Daniel S. Freifeld was previously the Director of International Programs for the Center on Law and Security. Previously, he was a foreign policy adviser on Senator Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and a program coordinator for the Near East South Asia Center at the U.S. Department of Defense, working in over 10 Middle Eastern countries. He speaks Turkish and French and conversational Arabic, Farsi, and Spanish. He holds a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
